Daniel returns to Edinburgh to help his father clear out the family home. A battles of wills ensues as Daniel is forced to face the truth about himself and his past. A witty black comedy about love, loss and coming home to a city you barely recognise.
Isabel Wright's stage plays have been produced and performed throughout the UK and internationally. Her plays include 'Mr Placebo' and '15 Seconds' (Traverse), 'Gilt' (7-84), 'Peepshow' (Frantic Assembly), and 'Blooded' (Boilerhouse). She has also been commissioned by the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, the Scottish Ensemble, and the Stephen Joseph Theatre. Her recent radio play 'Shrapnel' was produced by Radio 4. She is also an experienced creative writing and drama workshop facilitator and script-reader. She is delighted to be writing for PPP this season.
