Cassie and the Space Cowboy

A hilarious satirical comedy set during an alien invasion, exploring the extremities of a post-truth world.

“This is an emergency broadcast on behalf of His Majesty’s Government. A planet-wide attack by hostie alien beings from another world is currently in progress. This is not an exercise!”

After an alien invasion begins, retired legal secretary Cassie discovers a man wandering the bleak apocalyptic landscape and brings him to her place for a cuppa, but the two clash when it turns out he’s a conspiracy theorist who does not believe that the aliens are real.
